1. Returns

Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at auramystere2023@gmail.com or contact@auramysterebeauty.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photo evidence (if product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at auramystere2023@gmail.com or contact@auramysterebeauty.com with photos and order details within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used products

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
